I got caught in a little bind when purchasing a block that needed some relaxations that my builder did not pick up. After contacting Brisbane City Council, they suggested I pick a planner from their RiskSMART panel on their website. That is where I found Brian. He was exceptional and things moved very quickly. The quote and timeframe I got from my builder for this work was (both) 3 times what Brian was able to get it done in. He was awesome to deal with and I will absolutely use him again.
