Investigated the development options for the purchase of a development site in Regents Park, Logan City. Services included a consideration and advice about the zoning, overlays and land use. A detailed planning report was prepared summarising key town planning and development matters and included an analysis of existing and surrounding land uses. This information was to assist the Client to decide what mix of land uses would be suitable for a medium sized shopping centre redevelopment.
