With 2 street frontages, there was an opportunity to subdivide this land into 4 lots.
Issues that we had to navigate included access from Rochedale Rd, which is a major road and demonstrate how access would work via the cul-de-sac frontage.
following achieving town planning approval we were engaged to project manage the delivery of the subdivision.
Our responsibilities included:
– developing and implementing a full project plan
– budgeting and costs
– tendering
– civil contractor selection
– management of civil contractor, electrical contractors and civil engineer.
The project also required liaison with SARA/TMR for bus stop relocation.
A partial road closure was required to relocate the bus stop and complete civil works.
