About the business

Brian Matthews is the Principal of the company and offers an extensive knowledge of development and town planning, having worked in the industry for over 23 years. He has been a full time Director and Principal Planner in private practice for over 15 years. 

He is a Certified Practising Planner as recognised by the Planning Institute Australia.

Brian is also RiskSmart Accredited Consultant for both Brisbane City Council and Logan City Council.

Our largest market is Brisbane. We primarily service South-East Queensland.

Houses, townhouses and subdivisions in Brisbane City is our speciality. We regularly project manage subdivisions for clients.
