The owner of this house wanted to renovate and raise the existing house. In order to accommodate the existing floor beams and the steeply pitched roof, the house exceeded 9.5m in height. In Brisbane, this requires town planning approval.
We obtained approval by demonstrating that the small portion of roof over 9.5m would not impact the neighbours or streetscape.
