This project was undertaken by a return Client. This was stage 2 of a previous subdivision. The development was a 2 into 3 lot subdivision.
We had to navigate stormwater and slope issues. This was achieved through negotiation with Council and the use of building envelopes to help direct stormwater.
Setbacks to existing buildings also had to be carefully considered to ensure correct setbacks were maintained when the new boundaries were established.
