Hawken Drive

This client came to us via referral. They had attempted to gain approval for the subdivision through RiskSMART. Council wanted to impose an access easement across the single driveway. The client was not happy with this. We took over the project, withdrew from RiskSMART and lodged a conventional DA. We initially attempted to seek 2 driveways as this was the best case for the client. The client ended up accepting a single driveway with no easements.

 

Following approval, the client engaged us to coordinate all operational works and civil construction. We arranged the house demolition, civil engineering, tendered the project and appointed a civil contractor. Other works included erosion control, electrical engineering and survey.
