We provided town planning and project coordination services to achieve approval for this 10,000 sqm transport depot at Willawong.
The property was mapped for multiple overlays including environmental constraints, vegetation protection, koala mapping and waterways.
Comprehensive environmental reporting and tree surveys were undertaken. The development includes a land dedication along the waterway to allow for the protection and rehabilitation of this section of waterway.
