We were engaged to obtain town planning approval for this 4-lot subdivision. Following approval, the client engaged us to project manage the delivery of the subdivision to completion.
There were multiple stakeholders in this project, including the client, civil contractor, civil engineer, demolition contractor, surveyors, neighbours, electrical contractor, Arborist, Urban Utilities and Council.
Our responsibilities included:
- developing and implementing a project plan
- budgeting and costs
- tendering
- civil contractor selection
- management of civil contractor, civil engineer, and electrical contractor.
- neighbour consultation and negotiation
Unforeseen issues encountered during the project, included:
- Fence demolition/reconstruction
- Sewer manhole raise
- Driveway damage
